Global Finance Covid-19 Protection Framework

At Global Finance, we truly believe that the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and communities, and families is our greatest priority.

In keeping with our priorities, we have decided that from the 3rd of December 2021, Global Finance will meet in face-to-face meetings at our offices located at Airport Oaks, Henderson, Manukau and Tauranga only with clients who have been fully vaccinated against Covid -19.

We respectfully ask that you confirm verbally your fully vaccinated status against Covid -19 including a short questionnaire to your Adviser prior to confirming a face-to-face appointment at our offices. A similar confirmation can also be provided by our fully vaccinated adviser on your request. Upon visiting our offices, our fully vaccinated Adviser will assist you to verify your vaccine pass before commencing the meeting.

Our prime reason for implementing this policy follows our belief that it is our collective responsibility to help slow and curb the spread of Covid-19 and to this extent, vaccination will help us to achieve a safer environment for our communities including our staff, families, and clients.

How this will apply

If you are visiting any Global Finance Office from 3rd December 2021:

– An Adviser assigned to meet you will request over phone or email for a confirmation of your fully vaccinated status including a short questionnaire.
– When you visit us, your Adviser will verify your vaccine pass and in turn verify to you his / her own vaccine pass and reconfirm the questionnaire. This will be done prior to the start of your meeting.
– Please scan the QR Code before you enter the premises.
– Please wear a face mask for the duration you are in the building.
– Please also make use of the hand sanitizers available before and after a meeting.

If you are not fully vaccinated, but wish to have a consultation, we have an alternate arrangement for our Advisers to consult with you through a virtual meeting over Phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp and Facetime video calls. We are available from Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 12 noon to 5 pm.

We remain committed to reviewing our policy as time moves on and the situation and learnings of this new virus evolve.
