Chase the Sun – Winter Wellness Campaign T’s and C’s

• The promoter is Global Financial Services Ltd (Global Finance) whose registered office is at 19-22/203 Kirkbride Road, Airport Oaks, Auckland.
• The campaign is open to all new customers and existing customers of Global Finance.
• To participate you must be a resident of New Zealand aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of GFS Ltd and their immediate relatives are excluded from participation.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to be part of this campaign.
• By participating in this campaign, an entrant is providing his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The campaign provides qualifying participants with up to a maximum of 2 flu vaccinations and a maximum of 2 entries into a prize draw for a $2000 travel voucher.
• The campaign period is from 15 April to 15 July 2019
• To qualify for a free flu vaccination and entry into the free travel draw, all new and existing customers agree to completing a Financial Health Check review of their mortgage and insurance position or needs within the campaign period.
• Where multiple parties form part of a Financial Health Check review, customers are limited to a maximum of 2 entries and 2 flu vaccinations.
• Customers will be notified by email of their entry(i.e.) into the travel draw and their entitlement to flu vaccination(s) following the completion of the Financial Health Check.
• The winner of the travel prize draw will be notified by email within 10 working days of the closing date of the campaign period. If the winner cannot be contacted or does claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Global Finance will reimburse the cost of flu vaccinations in line with the customers qualifying entitlement on production of a valid receipt from the attending medical provider up to a maximum of $40 per vaccination.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice or recourse in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the campaign will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The travel prize winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current NZ data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
