Key Terms & Conditions

Acceptance: By participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Campaign Period: Runs from 10th September 2025 to 20th December 2025. Only referrals within this period are eligible.
2. Eligibility: Referred persons must:
   • Be non-customers of Global Finance.
   • Belong to a different household, cannot be part of the referred business, and not be in Global Finance’s records.
   • Consent to being contacted and acknowledge the referrer.
3. Additional Rewards:
   • Earn $250 for each referral that results in a new mortgage or home loan (over $250,000) or new insurance (premium of $100/month or more), after providing a signed receipt. Referral leading to existing mortgage refix or rollover will not qualify for this reward.
   • No reward for unsuccessful referrals.
4. Prizes:
   • 1st Prize: $2,000 NZD
   • 2nd Prize: $1,000 NZD
   • 3rd Prize: $500 NZD
   • Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and for NZ residents only. Winners will be notified post-campaign.
5. Entries & Rewards:
   • Each valid referral earns one prize entry.
   • Rewards are issued once a mortgage is drawn down or an insurance policy is issued.
   • Multiple referrals mean multiple entries.
6. Services Definition:
   • Mortgages include home, investment, business, or construction loans.
   • Insurance covers life, trauma, disability, income protection, redundancy, or health.
7. Notifications: Winners will be contacted in writing.
8. Reward Nature: Referral rewards are a one-time bonus.Neither a commission nor employment.
9. Exclusions: Global Finance employees and their immediate family cannot participate.
10. Liability: Global Finance isn’t liable for any losses or injuries during the campaign.
11. Violations: Global Finance reserves the right to determine eligibility for receiving the campaign reward is final and binding and may, at its sole discretion, refuse to provide any reward to an entrant who has violated the rules. Global Finance has the final decision.
12. Changes: The company may modify or cancel the campaign at any time.
13. Deadline: Referrals close on 20th December 2025 at 11:59 PM.
