Terms & conditions for the Global Finance Refer a Mate  Promotion

1. The Refer a Mate Referral Promotion Period is from 27 August 2018 to 30 September 2018.
2. The Promotion is open for both Global Finance customers and the public.
3. By entering the Promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
4. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.
5. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail, incomplete entries or entries with incorrect details. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
6. A referral becomes eligible once an application for a mortgage is approved and the mortgage is drawn down.
7. A mortgage is a home, investment, business, commercial or construction loan. A top up is not eligible for this Promotion.
8. The eligible referral must not be an existing customer of Global Finance.
9. Only entries received by the closing date of 30 September 2018 will be accepted.
10. When the eligible referral becomes a customer of Global Finance, the customer should identify the referrer.
11. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer from Global Finance.
12. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. The NZ $250 debit card is payable after the referral has drawn down their mortgage which could be outside the Promotion Period.
14. The mortgage must be continued for a period of 3 years, otherwise, the referral fee is refundable.
15. The referral reward is limited to a maximum of NZ $250 per referred eligible customer. There is no cap.
16. The decision of Global Finance to determine eligibility for getting the referral reward is final and binding.
17. The referral reward is a one-time payment in appreciation of the referral and does not imply any commission and agency relationship with Global Finance or its employees.
18. The NZ $250 debit card & cheque will be posted to the referrer’s address.
19. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Global Finance and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the reward.
20. Disqualified participants may not enter in the Promotion.
21. Global Finance reserves the right to refuse to provide any reward to an entrant who has violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or benefited using fraudulent means.
